Today I just wanted to share with you one of Justine Khamara’s beautiful installations – Watch me slip through these thin sheets. It was beautifully composed and poetic in both its materiality and thoughtful use of space. The folds in the spilling fabric are luscious – I am obsessed with them. But any enchantment for the fabric’s form is quickly forgotten by the recognition of large disembodied eyes hiding between the folds. There are more images of her work on her website here.
