Neon Cactus is an online magazine conceptualised and created by Veronique Geiger. It conveys a creative vision that is attention-grabbing, and truly individual. Neon Cactus features anything, from anywhere in the world, that we think to be unusual, bold and exciting – art exhibitions, fashion boutiques, restaurants, books, furniture.. the list is endless.
So you may wonder why Neon Cactus? To us Neon means ‘stand out from the crowd’. We are constantly looking for subjects that have what we call a ‘neon-esque’ aesthetic. Images, stories, recipes with a unique look and a unique and unforgettable aesthetc. For the cactus part.. Well first we love the way cactuses look, especially those tall ones that you find in Mexico. Then we also realised that many of our favorite things are a bit prickly on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside – that’s what makes them so intriguing.
