Fashion week has started!!!! As I am stuck in Shanghai I can only look on from afar… Nevertheless I am keeping myself entertained byt going through all the shows.
Alexander Wang has always been a favorite, this season the entire collection looks like it has been pulled apart and beautifully deconstructed. They are so cleverly done that the dresses appear to float on the body and in-spite of being futuristic and angular in their design they are still wonderfully flattering and feminine. Almost everything was made of leather and the collection ended with a dramatic black/white glow in the dark moment… It will be hard to forget this collection.
